M & M Real Estate Development and Consulting brings its knowledge of urban economics, community development and real estate development to bear on three of our urban neighborhoods’ biggest challenges – unemployment, lack of business development and lack of capital investment. Traditional solutions to these challenges often focus on one development sector, which singularly, is not sufficient to engage all the resouces needed for a transformation. Traditional solutions also fail to utilize the community's assets to upflit the existing community and increase its participation in the transformation. 

M & M Real Estate Development and Consulting uses commercial real estate development as the driving “place maker” for capital investment, business formation and job creation by leveraging existing neighborhood assets along with public and private resources to remove constraints and coordinate sustainable economic solutions. The resulting business and employment growth fuels the growth of private investment and consumer spending in challenged neighborhoods -- creating an upward spiral across many economic sectors.
